Another creature from Inuit Mythology. A Bear spirit that digs up human corpses!

Theracian Rider

A page from the ole-sketchbook.. Just fooling around with an alien reptile based humanoid and his insect inspired beast.

I had sketched something similar to a post made by Wallasaurus, also inspired by moles in certain design features. Though I had drawn this without seeing his mole dragon I thought it was cool that we had some similar ideas about the evolution of the wings and nose. I had actually opted to remove the eyes completely and make him more of a forageing creature that spends a lot of time in the dark, in caves and underground.

Hi all,
This is my first post. Thanks to Davi for the invite. Lots of familiar names and some new ones too. Tons of kick ass monsters. I feel fortunate to be included in your ranks.
I guess I'm officially blogging, even though I don't really even know what the fuck that means. So, here's a guy I did for the most recent Imagine FX. The Gaoler, he is called, and he's, well, a self contained jail. I always really liked that spelling for some reason.
