Nice! Reminds me a bit of Pumpkinhead. Nice personality, and nice combination of various animal elements.
His arm and hand bother me, but I love his legs, feet, body, tail, and head! :) There's a lovely quality to your lighting of this guy. But, absolutely, you should work out the form of its arm and hand better, as I feel that this one is worth that little extra effort!
I like the atmosphere that seems to envelop the more distant features - it really brings focus to where it it needed.
